· Integrated high-speed CCD camera, non-contact detection of key dimensions of full products, removal of unqualified ones, supplement qualified ones, processing speed up to 128pcs/8s

· It can expand functions of connection with automatic filter elements implant detection module and automatic packaging detection module, with a higher level of automation.

· Production traceability. The cracks with semi-finished products produced by each machine have traceability code, which can trace the production source.

· No any manual operation participation in the whole process, realizing full mechanical automatic plant and saving labor costs.

· The process module adopts standard modular design. Several process modules or all process modules can be selected according to requirements, and the production line is highly flexible.
